This Rating Disclaimer applies to all Treebeard ratings, scores, classifications, reports, API outputs, widgets, badges, and related content.

1. Ratings Are Opinions

Treebeard Ratings are opinions based on available data and Treebeard's proprietary methodology. They are not statements of fact.

2. Not Advice; Not Endorsement

Treebeard Ratings are not:

  1. Investment advice,
  2. Financial advice,
  3. Credit ratings,
  4. Guarantees,
  5. Endorsements, or
  6. Recommendations to buy, sell, hold, use, or avoid any asset, agent, protocol, or service.

3. No Regulatory Rating Status

Ent/Treebeard is:

  1. Not an NRSRO,
  2. Not a registered investment adviser,
  3. Not a broker-dealer, and
  4. Not a credit bureau.

Treebeard outputs are not consumer credit reports and are not intended for FCRA-regulated purposes.

4. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Completeness

Ratings may contain errors, omissions, delays, stale inputs, or third-party data issues. Treebeard does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Ratings Can Change or Be Withdrawn

Ratings, classifications, confidence/trend indicators, and coverage status may change, be delayed, be withdrawn, or be discontinued at any time, with or without notice.

6. No Continuous Monitoring Duty

Treebeard has no duty to continuously monitor any agent, token, protocol, or project and no duty to maintain ongoing coverage.

7. Fraud/Risk Flags Are Probabilistic

"Flagged," "High Risk," and similar indicators are probabilistic signals, not determinations of wrongdoing. Absence of a flag is not a clean bill of health.

8. Third-Party Dependency Limits

Treebeard outputs may rely on third-party data/services (including blockchain nodes, APIs, social data, code repositories, and payment/service providers). Treebeard is not responsible for third-party outages, inaccuracies, delays, or policy changes.

9. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own decisions, due diligence, compliance obligations, and outcomes. Do not rely on Treebeard outputs as your sole basis for any decision.

10. Governing Terms

This Disclaimer is part of, and subject to, the Treebeard Terms of Use and License Agreement. If there is a conflict, the Terms control.
